Strengthening Divisions Task Force

Purpose:

1) Conduct an evaluation of how Divisions currently operate; 2) Identify best practices from other associations that will inform potential changes to ASPET 's division model; and 3) Recommend ways to improve the member experience with Divisions going forward, including new models and/or operational policies to enable more consistency across divisions.
